Copy of the Promotion Regulations

This policy defines the rules of the Black Week Sale campaign, organized by the online store operating under the domain: www.skydince.com. The organizer of the campaign is the company F.U.H.P. "GABRIELA" SP. Jawna J. Borucki, ul. Szarych Szeregów 1/45, 35-114 Rzeszów, registered under numbers: KRS: 0000332325, REGON: 180442528, NIP: 8133589332.


Before placing an order, the Buyer has the right to negotiate all provisions of the agreement with the Seller, including those changing the provisions of the following regulations - within the limits allowed by law. For their validity, these negotiations require written form. If the Buyer waives the possibility of concluding an agreement through individual negotiations, the following regulations apply.



A. Black Week Sale promotion rules

  1. The promotion lasts until December 1, 2025, inclusive, or while supplies last.
  2. The promotion is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland and has a worldwide reach.
  3. Participation in the promotion is voluntary.
  4. The binding price for the CUSTOMER is the current price at the time of placing the order.
  5. During the Black Week promotion, all discount codes are disabled.


B. "Free necklace" promotion rules

  1. As part of the promotion, the Customer receives the opportunity to purchase and receive a mushroom necklace for free.
    1. To receive the product, the Customer must exceed the order value threshold of PLN 250.
    2. The number of products is limited.
    3. In the event of a full return of the order while keeping the free gift, the cost of the products minus the retail price of the product (PLN 45) will be refunded.
    4. One free product is allocated per customer.
    5. The store reserves the right to refrain from including a free product in case of suspected attempted fraud.
    6. Free products are not exchangeable for their monetary equivalent.
    7. Free products may not be resold.


    C. Raffle rules

    1. During the BLACK WEEK promotion, a random extra will be added to every order:
      1. -10% discount, 
      2. -15% discount,
      3. Free shipping from PLN 120,
      4. Early access to the new collection.
    2. To use the received promotion, the CUSTOMER should use the provided discount code or scan the QR code. 
    3. The number of extras is limited.
    4. The promotion is time-limited - the CUSTOMER will find the validity date on the note.
    5. One extra is allocated per order.
    6. The store is not responsible for lost notes and does not re-deliver them.
    7. The store reserves the right to refrain from including a free gift in case of suspected attempted fraud.
